Episode 4 of my "Introduction to Ornatrix 3ds Max" Shorts Series.
In this session, we focus on the Frontal Area (Bangs/Fringe) workflow. The goal is to create a natural transition and fix common geometry issues that occur during manual grooming.
π₯ Key Workflow Steps:
* Disable "Curved Extensions": Essential for precise length control when brushing out the bangs.
* Plant Guide Tool (Interpolation): How to fill gaps by generating new guides based on surrounding shapes.
* The "Collapse" Technique: A pro-tip for smoothing jagged/low-poly guides. By adding an Ox Strand Detail modifier and collapsing it to Baked Guides, we physically subdivide the curves, making the brushing process much smoother.
